At Lipemwear, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please review this Refund & Return Policy before placing your order.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains or fragrance, and returned with original tags and packaging when available.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, accessories, final sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@stephennohga.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review it quickly.
How to Start a Return
Email admin@stephennohga.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Because sizes and styles can sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or style, contact us and we will help with the best available option.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Lipemwear error or a damaged/incorrect item. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
