Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. Your payment is secured with SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter production. Email support@lipemwear.com immediately with your order number. Once production begins, we cannot make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder, or contact us to verify your email address.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive offers. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for flash sales and seasonal promotions.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the product type:
- Printful custom items (tees, hoodies, gifts): 2–4 days production + 3–7 days shipping (US)
- Trendsi accessories (jewelry, bags, sunglasses, hats): 1–3 days processing + 7–15 days shipping (US)
International orders take longer. See our Shipping Policy for full estimates.
Why are some items shipped from overseas?
Our fashion accessories collection (jewelry, bags, sunglasses, hats) is sourced through Trendsi, a wholesale fashion platform that ships from overseas warehouses. This allows us to offer a wider selection at great prices. Please allow 7–15 business days for delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to appear after your shipping email.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors and any safe drop locations. Contact your local post office with your tracking number. If the issue persists after 48 hours, email us at support@lipemwear.com and we'll investigate.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not necessarily. If your order contains both Printful items and Trendsi accessories, they'll ship from separate warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You'll get individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
We accept return requests for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items within 14 days of delivery. Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. See our full Refund & Return Policy.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
We're sorry! Email support@lipemwear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days of approval.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if you haven't received your refund after 10 business days.
Products & Sizing
How do I know if an item will fit?
Each product page includes a size guide or size chart. For custom apparel, we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes, as our items run true to size.
Are the colors in photos accurate?
We photograph products in the best possible lighting, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. For print-on-demand apparel, slight color variations between orders are normal.
What materials are used in your products?
Material details are listed on each product page. Our custom apparel is produced by Printful using high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. Accessories are sourced through Trendsi from quality-vetted suppliers.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No! You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history easily.
How is my data protected?
