Refund & Return Policy

At Lipem Wear, we want you to love every purchase. Because we work with print-on-demand and dropship partners (Printful and Trendsi), our return policy varies by product type. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Printful Products (Custom Print-on-Demand)

Items produced by Printful include custom-printed apparel (t-shirts, crop tops, hoodies) and accessories.

  • Defective or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Size exchanges: Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept size exchanges. Please refer to the size chart on the product page before ordering.
  • Change of mind: We cannot accept returns for custom-made products if you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind.

Trendsi Products (Dropship Accessories & Fashion)

Accessories, jewelry, bags, hats, and sunglasses sourced from Trendsi.

  • Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return process: Email support@lipemwear.com with your order number and reason to receive an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom print-on-demand items (unless defective)
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, or items missing original packaging

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, fulfillment may have already begun. To cancel, email support@lipemwear.com immediately with your order number.
