At Lipem Wear, your satisfaction matters. Because we work with print-on-demand and dropshipping partners, our return policy reflects the nature of how your items are made and shipped. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Our Policy at a Glance
- We accept returns and refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- We do not accept returns for size exchanges, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse on made-to-order items
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report an issue
- Trendsi accessories may be eligible for return under specific conditions (see below)
Printful Custom Apparel Items
(Graphic tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and other print-on-demand products)
Because every Printful item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color looking slightly different than on screen (monitor calibration can affect color perception)
We WILL refund or replace your item if:
- The item arrives with a print defect (misprint, fading, cracking)
- The wrong item was sent
- The item was damaged in transit
- The item has a manufacturing defect (torn seams, holes, etc.)
To request a refund or replacement, email us at admin@stephennohga.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will process your refund or send a free replacement within 5–7 business days of approval.
Trendsi Fashion Accessories Items
(Jewelry, bags, sunglasses, hats, and other accessories)
For Trendsi items, we accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged or defective — contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Wrong item received — contact us within 14 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
- Items returned without prior approval
To initiate a return, email admin@stephennohga.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Do not send items back without receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us first.
Refund Process
- Contact us at admin@stephennohga.com with your order number and photos
- We review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, you receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, OR we send a free replacement (your choice)
- For returns requiring physical shipment, we will provide a prepaid return label if the error was ours
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they go into production. To cancel, email admin@stephennohga.com immediately with your order number. Once an order enters production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary
- Email us at admin@stephennohga.com if the issue persists
