Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.


How to Track

  1. Find your shipping confirmation email (check spam/junk if you don’t see it)
  2. Copy your tracking number from the email
  3. Click the carrier link in the email, or visit the carrier’s website below
  4. Paste your tracking number to see real-time status

Tracking Tips

  • Allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping email for tracking info to update
  • Trendsi accessory orders ship internationally — tracking may show limited updates until the package enters the US postal system
  • If multiple items were ordered, you may receive separate tracking numbers for Printful and Trendsi shipments

If it’s been more than 5 business days since your order and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, please contact us:

Package Showing Delivered But Not Received?

  1. Check with neighbors and any safe drop locations around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
