Shipping Policy

At Lipem Wear, we work with two fulfillment partners to bring you the best products: Printful (for custom print-on-demand apparel) and Trendsi (for fashion accessories and ready-to-wear). Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.


Order Processing Times

  • Printful items (custom apparel, graphic tees, hoodies, mugs, etc.): 2–4 business days production before shipping
  • Trendsi items (jewelry, bags, sunglasses, hats, accessories): 1–3 business days processing before shipping

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Trendsi Items (Ships from Overseas)

Europe / UK 10–20 business days from shipment
Rest of World 15–25 business days from shipment

Please note: Trendsi items ship internationally from our supplier’s warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (holidays, sale events).


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be applied automatically at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after your shipping confirmation email.


Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains both Printful and Trendsi items, they will arrive in separate packages from different warehouses. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Lipem Wear is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@stephennohga.com — we can only make changes before an order goes into production or ships.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Lipem Wear has no control over customs delays or fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and any safe drop locations
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  3. Email us at admin@stephennohga.com if the issue is unresolved after 48 hours

For packages that are significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate.
